| Event Coordination |
The NTTC identifies and analyzes technology trends and their impact on partnership opportunities, and recommends to the client participation in select events that offer the highest potential for generating partnerships. The following events coordination support services are provided:
- Target areas with the greatest need and potential for partnerships, and consider advocacy opportunities as part of the identification and coordination of these events.
- Design and produce program materials and electronic invitations.
- Help develop targeted mailing lists.
- Identify potential partners for the client and create one-on-one meeting opportunities at events.
- Negotiate with conference personnel to gain the client prime spots at technical briefings and keynote presentations.
- Develop Web site for program awareness and registration needs.
- Make available to potential partners current information that clearly shows the benefits of partnering with the client.
- Develop and distribute press releases and unsolicited articles to targeted trade publications in advance of the event.
- Prepare and/or deliver presentations on client’s technologies or technology needs to generate awareness of potential partnerships.
- Serve as point of contact for partnership inquiries to qualify the leads and facilitate the partnership.
- Report back to client all data on event participants, industry contacts made, qualified leads generated and agreements resulting from efforts. Make follow-up recommendations as to the cost effectiveness of such efforts and suitable metrics for measurement of future efforts.
